Paper Leak : पेपर लीक मामले में लगातार विपक्ष के निशाने पर रहने की वजह से राजस्थान सरकार अब कानून को सख्त करने की तैयारी में है. इसके लिए अब मानसून सत्र में बिल भी लाया जाएगा. इस बारे में खुद मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने ट्वीट कर जानकारी दी है.
सीएम गहलोत ने ट्वीट करते हुए कहा कि राज्य में प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में और पारदर्शिता लाने के उद्देश्य से मुख्य सचिव को निर्देशित किया है कि RPSC, DOP, RSSB एवं अन्य हितधारकों के साथ चर्चा कर बेहतर प्रक्रिया तैयार करें. पेपर लीक के खिलाफ बनाए गए कानून में भी अधिकतम सजा का प्रावधान उम्रकैद करने के लिए आगामी विधानसभा सत्र में बिल लाने का फैसला किया है.
Paper Leak: The Rajasthan government is now preparing to tighten the law due to the continuous opposition being targeted in the paper leak case. For this, a bill will also be brought in the monsoon session. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot himself has given information about this by tweeting.
In a tweet, CM Gehlot said that in order to bring more transparency in competitive examinations in the state, the Chief Secretary has been directed to prepare a better process after discussing with RPSC, DOP, RSSB and other stakeholders. It has been decided to bring a bill in the upcoming assembly session to make provision of maximum punishment life imprisonment in the law made against paper leak.
